FAQs
Can I use this doormat outside?
No, this mat is strictly intended for indoor use only, such as in hallways, porches, or interior entryways.
How do I clean the penguin design?
The mat is machine washable at 30 degrees, which is the recommended method to keep the design vibrant and clean.
What are the dimensions of the mat?
The mat measures 40cm in width by 60cm in length.
Will this mat work on carpet?
While it can be placed on low-pile carpet, the PVC backing is most effective at preventing slips on smooth, hard surfaces like tile or hardwood.
Is the backing waterproof?
The PVC backing is moisture-resistant to help protect your floors, but the fabric top is designed to absorb moisture and should be cleaned if it becomes saturated.
Troubleshooting
The mat is sliding on the floor.
Ensure the floor is clean and dry before placing the mat down; the PVC backing requires a clean, flat surface to grip effectively.
Stubborn stains or dirt accumulation.
Machine wash the mat on a 30-degree cycle, which is designed to lift dirt from the polyester fibers without damaging the holiday print.

To keep the product in the best condition:
- Routine Cleaning: Shake out loose dirt and debris regularly.
- Machine Washing: If deeper cleaning is required, place in the washing machine on a 30-degree cycle. Do not use high-heat cycles or aggressive detergents.
- Drying: Air dry the mat flat to ensure the PVC backing remains intact and retains its shape.
- Placement: Ensure the floor surface is dry before placing the mat down to prevent moisture trapping between the mat and your floor finish.
