The P-Wave Easy Fresh Fan Cover in Spiced Apple is an ideal solution for facility managers and office administrators looking to maintain consistent fragrance in high-traffic areas. Designed exclusively for the P-Wave Easy Fresh Fan Air Freshener Dispenser, this refill offers twice the fragrance load of standard market options, ensuring a pleasant environment for 30 full days; however, it requires the compatible powered dispenser unit to function effectively, as it does not operate as a standalone passive air freshener.

Each refill is designed to provide consistent fragrance for 30 days.
No, this is a refill cover only. The P-Wave Easy Fresh Fan Dispenser must be purchased separately.
No, the fragrance release technology requires the airflow generated by the P-Wave Easy Fresh Fan Dispenser to function correctly.
The scent is formulated to be pleasant and professional; however, effectiveness depends on room size and airflow settings.
For best results, mount the unit at human height (approx. 5-6 feet) in an area with good air circulation.
Check if the fan in the dispenser unit is spinning; if not, replace the dispenser batteries.
Ensure you are using the official P-Wave Easy Fresh Fan Dispenser, as this cover is not compatible with other brands.
Ensure the refill cover is seated properly and that the fan blades are not obstructed by dust or debris.
To install, open the P-Wave Easy Fresh Dispenser cover, remove the used refill, and insert the new Spiced Apple fan cover until it clicks securely into place. Ensure the fan unit batteries are fresh to guarantee consistent airflow across the cover surface. To maintain performance, wipe down the exterior of the dispenser with a damp cloth if dust accumulates, as debris near the fan intake can reduce the effectiveness of the scent distribution. Always recycle the spent refill cover according to local facility waste disposal guidelines.
