Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setting up the unit involves placing it on a flat, dry, and stable surface to utilize the non-slip base effectively. Before the first use, wash all blades and the pusher block with warm, soapy water to remove any manufacturing residue.
Compatibility is broad, as the three sizes allow you to choose between thin shoestring fries, standard restaurant-style cuts, or thick steak fries. To care for the machine, always detach the blades immediately after use for cleaning. While many components are stainless steel, hand washing is strongly recommended to maintain the sharpness of the blades and prevent the finish from dulling in a dishwasher. Ensure the unit is completely dry before storage to prevent any long-term oxidation.
