Troubleshooting

Mascara is clumpy or dry.

Ensure the tube is closed tightly. Avoid pumping the wand. Replace the mascara if it's past its recommended use date.

Mascara smudges during the day.

Avoid applying too much mascara to the lower lashes. Ensure the mascara is completely dry before touching your eyes. Consider using a setting powder under your eyes.

Difficulty achieving desired volume or length.

Experiment with different application techniques. Apply multiple coats, allowing each to dry slightly. Consider using an eyelash curler before applying mascara.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Delivers instant volume and length.
Provides a weightless lift that lasts.
Easy and even application due to the gel-hybrid formula.
Intense, pitch-black color enhances the eyes.
The contoured brush effectively sculpts and defines lashes.

Cons

The initial application may feel heavy to some users.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

No specific setup is required; the mascara is ready to use upon purchase. Ensure your lashes are clean and dry before application.

Application:

Hold the wand horizontally.
Firmly push into the roots of your upper lash line.
Wiggle the wand left and right as you pull towards the tips.
Apply additional coats as desired, allowing each to dry slightly before adding more.

Care:

Close the mascara tube tightly after each use to prevent drying.
Do not pump the wand in and out of the tube, as this can introduce air and dry out the formula.
Replace the mascara every 3-6 months for hygiene and performance.

Compatibility: The mascara is designed for use on natural lashes.
