The Zipper ZI-BHA1500DN is a high-performance 1500W rotary hammer drill designed for professionals and serious DIY enthusiasts who require a reliable tool for heavy-duty drilling and light demolition tasks. Its standout feature is the 5.5 joule impact force combined with an SDS-Plus quick-change chuck, offering excellent versatility for concrete and masonry work; however, users should be aware that at 5.1 kg, this tool is substantial and intended for tasks that demand raw power rather than lightweight precision.

No, this unit uses an SDS-Plus chuck system, which requires specific SDS-Plus compatible shank bits.
The drill is designed for high-performance impact, and its speed is optimized for heavy-duty drilling and chiseling applications.
While it has significant power, it is primarily intended for standard hammer drilling and light demolition rather than large-diameter heavy core drilling.
Keep the ventilation slots clear of dust, lubricate bits before use, and store in a clean, dry location.
The sound pressure level is 91 dB, so it is highly recommended to wear appropriate hearing protection.
Yes, the ZI-BHA1500DN comes with a durable carrying case and a starter set of accessories.
Verify the power cable is firmly connected and test the electrical outlet with another device to ensure power supply.
Clean the shank of the bit to remove concrete dust and apply a small amount of heavy-duty grease to the bit end.
Ensure the tool is set to the correct mode (Hammer vs. Drill) and check that the bit is not damaged or blunt.
To set up your ZI-BHA1500DN, ensure the SDS-Plus bit or chisel is properly seated in the chuck until you hear a mechanical click. For long-term performance, regularly clean dust and debris from the ventilation slots to prevent the motor from overheating. Since the tool operates at 230V, verify your local power outlet meets the specified voltage. Always store the unit in the provided carrying case in a dry environment to protect against moisture and prevent corrosion. Periodically check the shank of your drill bits to ensure they are clean and lightly lubricated to facilitate smooth engagement with the chuck.
