The 3M DBI-SALA Nano-Lok Personal Self Retracting Lifeline, model 3101208, is constructed from a durable 19 mm (3/4 inch) Dyneema fibre and polyester web. This 1.8 m single-leg lifeline features an aluminum rebar hook end and a quick connector for secure harness mounting. It is equipped with a smart-activating brake system designed for working at height, offering fall clearance as low as 1.2 m (4 ft.) and a maximum of 4 m (13 ft.), which is less than traditional lanyards. The lightweight speed connect system enhances efficiency by reducing connect and disconnect time by up to 60%. The lifeline boasts a durable nitrile rubber energy absorber cover, engineered to last four times longer than previous versions, and a reduced energy absorber size for improved user-friendliness and convenience. With an Average Arrest Force (AAF) of 400 daN and a Maximum Arrest Force (MAF) of 600 daN, it ensures safety. The lifeline is equipped with 3M Connected Safety ID (CSID), a pre-programmed RFID tag that facilitates equipment tracking and management through the 3M Inspection and Asset Management System (subscription required). The weight capacity is designed for a single user up to 140 KG, compliant with EN360:2002.
