Troubleshooting
Seat feels unstable on the bucket.
Ensure the CoZee Toilet Seat is fully and evenly seated on the rim of the Modular Bucket XL. Check that the bucket is on a flat, level surface.
Toilet roll holder is difficult to attach.
Align the holder carefully with the mounting point and apply gentle, even pressure until it clicks into place. Ensure no obstructions are present.
Difficulty in sealing the CoZee Toilet Bag.
Gently pull the top edges of the bag together and tie them securely. Ensure no excess waste is preventing a tight seal.
