Product Information
Full details
Surosolve Ear Cleaner is designed for pet owners seeking a gentle, effective way to maintain their dog or cat's ear hygiene. Its standout benefit is the combination of deep-cleaning properties with soothing, moisture-balanced care that supports the ear's natural microflora. While highly effective for routine maintenance, it should not be used as a primary treatment if an active, severe ear infection is suspected without veterinary guidance.

FAQs
How often should I use Surosolve?
It is ideal for regular maintenance, typically once a week or as recommended by your veterinarian based on your pet's needs.
Can I use this on kittens or puppies?
Yes, its mild, non-irritating formula is safe for younger animals, but consult your vet first if they have very sensitive skin.
Is Surosolve a treatment for ear mites?
No, Surosolve is a cleaning and maintenance product. It does not treat parasitic infestations like ear mites.
Should I use cotton swabs to remove the debris?
Never insert cotton swabs into the ear canal. Simply wipe the visible outer area with a clean cotton pad or gauze after your pet shakes their head.
What if my pet has a bad ear smell?
While Surosolve can help with minor odors, a strong, foul-smelling discharge usually indicates an infection that requires professional veterinary diagnosis.
Troubleshooting
Pet resists the cleaning process.
Warm the bottle to body temperature before use and offer a treat after the cleaning session to create a positive association.
Ear canal appears red after cleaning.
Discontinue use and consult a veterinarian, as this may indicate an underlying allergy or a more severe infection that requires prescription care.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Surosolve is compatible with the vast majority of dog and cat breeds. No complex setup is required, but ensure the nozzle tip does not make direct, forceful contact with the sensitive skin of the inner ear. Store the bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the integrity of the formula. After each use, wipe the nozzle tip with a clean tissue to prevent bacterial transfer back into the bottle. Ensure the cap is tightly sealed after every session to prevent evaporation or contamination.
