The Fast Mover 2K PU Plastic Repair Rigid Cartridge (FMT6340) is designed for automotive technicians and DIY enthusiasts requiring a high-strength, structural bond for plastic repairs. Its primary benefit is a fast-curing, cold-weld reaction that provides a durable, semi-rigid finish, though users should note that the 50ml format requires a compatible dispensing gun for precise application.

This product is specifically designed for rigid plastic repairs; it may be too stiff for highly flexible bumper sections.
Yes, once the adhesive is fully cured, it can be sanded and painted to match the surrounding finish.
Yes, it requires a standard 50ml dual-component dispensing gun to ensure the two parts are mixed in the correct ratio.
The product features a fast-curing formula, but exact times vary by ambient temperature. It is best to wait for a full cure before sanding.
It is optimized for plastic bonding; for metal-to-plastic applications, ensure the metal is roughened significantly for mechanical lock.
Ensure the storage temperature is correct and verify that the dispensing gun is applying both components evenly.
Check if the static mixer nozzle is blocked; replace with a new nozzle if the material has hardened inside.
Verify that the plastic surface was properly cleaned and abraded (scuffed) to promote mechanical adhesion.
To set up the FMT6340, insert the cartridge into a standard 50ml dual-component dispensing gun. Remove the cap, attach the static mixing nozzle, and discard the first few centimeters of product to ensure a perfect mix ratio. Compatibility includes most rigid automotive plastics. Store the cartridge in a cool, dry place with the cap secured when not in use to prevent premature curing. Clean excess material from the nozzle or surface immediately after application before it hardens.
