FAQs
Can I use my own floor cleaner in the tank?
Yes, you can use most standard floor cleaning solutions, though it is recommended to use non-abrasive, pH-neutral cleaners.
Are the pads machine washable?
Yes, the microfibre pads are machine washable. For best results, wash them in a gentle cycle without fabric softener.
How often should I replace the mop pads?
With proper cleaning, pads can last for several months. Replace them when the fibres become matted or lose their gripping ability.
Can I use this mop on carpets?
No, this mop is designed specifically for hard, non-porous floor surfaces.
How do I store the mop?
The mop can be stored standing up in a corner or hanging in a utility closet; ensure the reservoir is emptied if storing for extended periods.
Troubleshooting
Mop is not spraying fluid
Ensure the fluid container is fully snapped into place and check if the nozzle is obstructed by debris.
Streaks left on the floor
Your pad may be saturated or dirty; swap for a clean, dry pad or reduce the amount of cleaning solution used.
Handle feels loose
Verify that all handle segments are securely clicked together and not pulled apart during use.

Care:
- Remove the microfibre pad after each use and rinse it under warm water.
