FAQs

Are the plates and bowls truly microwave safe?

Yes, the dinner set is microwave-safe, allowing for convenient reheating of food.

Can I use metal utensils with these dishes?

It is recommended to avoid using metal utensils to prevent scratches on the surface. Use wooden or silicone utensils instead.

How should I store the dinner set?

Store the set in a dry place. Consider using plate dividers to prevent scratches during storage.

What if a piece chips or breaks?

Handle each piece with care. Avoid sudden temperature changes. Unfortunately, chips and breaks are not covered by the warranty.

How do I clean off tough food residue?

Soak the affected area in warm, soapy water for some time before cleaning with a soft sponge or cloth.

Is the Blush color consistent across all pieces?

Due to the reactive glaze, there will be variations in the color and pattern on each piece, contributing to their unique character.

Troubleshooting

Dishes appear stained after washing.

Ensure you are using a dishwasher-safe detergent and that dishes are properly rinsed. If staining persists, try soaking in a solution of baking soda and water.
