Designed for homeowners seeking to maximize their patio utility, this 3m x 3m Manual Louvered Roof Pergola provides a flexible outdoor living space that transitions between open-sky views and shaded shelter with ease. It is ideal for those who enjoy year-round garden dining or relaxation, though it requires a level surface for installation and regular maintenance to keep the manual crank system operating smoothly.

It is recommended to fully close the louvres or secure them in a position that minimizes wind resistance during heavy storm conditions.
When the louvres are fully closed, the roof system is designed to shed water, protecting the area underneath from light rain.
Use a soft cloth and a mixture of mild soap and warm water. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the grey powder-coated finish.
No, the roof is operated entirely by a manual crank handle, making it easy to install anywhere without needing wiring.
We strongly recommend installation on a hard, level surface like concrete or patio stones to ensure stability and proper alignment of the roof mechanism.
The structure stands at 237.5 cm tall, providing significant overhead clearance for most users.
Check for debris wedged between the slats and ensure the mechanism is lubricated with a suitable silicone spray.
Verify that the main support posts are standing perfectly plumb and that the base is level; adjust shims if necessary.
Ensure the handle connection bolt is tightened securely and there is no blockage in the transmission housing.
Installation requires a level, firm surface such as a concrete patio or reinforced decking to ensure the structural posts align correctly. We recommend at least two individuals for assembly to ensure safety and stability during the process. For ongoing care, periodically inspect the crank mechanism and apply a silicone-based lubricant if the rotation becomes stiff. Keep the roof free of heavy snow loads or excessive debris to prevent strain on the louvre adjustment components. Clean the frame with mild soap and water to maintain the finish.
