FAQs

What size gas tank should I use?

We strongly recommend using a 5 kg gas tank for the fire pit.

Are the cushion covers machine washable?

Yes, the covers are designed to be removed and washed to maintain cleanliness.

Is the table surface glass?

No, the dining table features an aluminum tabletop without glass.

How should I store the set in winter?

We recommend storing cushions indoors and using a weather-proof furniture cover for the metal frames.

What is the delivery process?

The set is delivered flat-packed on a pallet to the kerbside of your property.

Can I cover the igniter with lava rocks?

No, please do not cover the igniter with lava rocks as this will interfere with its function.

Troubleshooting

Fire pit fails to ignite

Check that the igniter is not obstructed by lava rocks and verify that the 5 kg gas tank is properly connected and contains fuel.

Visible loose connections or wobbling

Periodically inspect and tighten all bolts on the aluminum frames to ensure structural stability.

Signs of a potential gas leak

Immediately turn off the gas tank, ensure no flames are nearby, and inspect the hose and joints for damage or loose fittings.
