Troubleshooting
Mat is not lying flat
Unroll the mat and place it in a warm environment for a few hours, or iron on a low setting from the underside (ensure it is completely dry first).
Slipping despite anti-slip backing
Ensure the floor beneath the mat is clean, dry, and free from dust or debris. Some polished or very smooth surfaces may reduce anti-slip effectiveness.
Machine wash not cleaning thoroughly
For heavily soiled mats, pre-treat stains with a mild detergent or consider spot cleaning before machine washing. Ensure the washing machine is large enough to accommodate the mat without overcrowding.
Visible dirt on white surface
Shake the mat outdoors regularly. For stubborn dirt, use a damp cloth or spot clean. Machine washing offers a complete clean.
