FAQs
Is this bed machine washable?
No, this bed is designed for spot cleaning only to maintain the integrity of the memory foam and plush fabric.
What size pet is this 65 cm bed best for?
It is suitable for cats and small-to-medium dog breeds that weigh under the weight capacity for standard medium-sized pet beds.
Does the bed come with a removable cover?
No, this model features a fixed cover design.
Can I place this bed on carpet?
Yes, it can be placed on carpet, though the anti-slip bottom is specifically designed for maximum performance on hard surfaces like tile or wood.
Is the material toxic if my pet chews it?
The materials are standard for pet bedding, but please supervise pets prone to destructive chewing to prevent ingestion of internal filling.
Troubleshooting
The bed seems flat after unboxing
Gently shake and fluff the center cushion to redistribute the memory foam pieces; allow it to sit for 24 hours.
The bed slides on the floor
Ensure the rubber-dotted side is facing down and the floor surface is free of dust or debris.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Supports natural curling instincts of pets
- Non-slip bottom prevents sliding during play
- Durable linenette fabric resists daily wear
- Plush interior provides excellent thermal insulation
Cons
- Not machine washable, spot cleaning only
- May be too large for very small breeds who prefer tight corners
- Memory foam pieces may shift with heavy use
Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your pet enjoys the bed for as long as possible, follow these guidelines:
- Unboxing: Allow the bed 24 hours to fully expand after removing it from the packaging, as the memory foam filling may be compressed during transit.
- Placement: Choose a quiet, draft-free corner of your home. The anti-slip bottom is most effective on flat, hard surfaces.
- Maintenance: Avoid submerging the entire bed in water. Instead, use a damp cloth and mild detergent to spot-clean spills or fur buildup. Vacuum the plush top regularly using an upholstery attachment to remove loose hair and dander.
