Troubleshooting

Hood not turning on

Check the main power supply and ensure the circuit breaker is not tripped. Verify that the hood is correctly connected to the power source.

Reduced extraction power

Clean or replace the grease filters. If using recirculation, check and replace the charcoal filters. Ensure no external ducting is blocked.

Excessive noise

Ensure all parts are securely fitted. Check if the grease filters are clean and properly seated. Foreign objects in the fan mechanism could also be a cause; contact support if suspected.

LED lights not working

Check the power supply. If the LEDs have failed, they may need to be replaced by a qualified technician.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup:

This is a 56cm wide integrated (semi-built-in) telescopic cooker hood. It is designed to be installed under standard kitchen cabinetry. Ensure that the designated space within your cabinets accommodates the hood's dimensions. Installation requires either a ducted system that vents air outside or a recirculating system that filters and returns air to the kitchen. Consult the product manual for detailed wiring and ducting/recirculation setup instructions.

Compatibility:

Hob Size: Designed for standard hob installations, typically up to 60cm wide.
Cabinetry: Requires a standard base cabinet with sufficient internal space for the hood and its workings.
Ventilation: Compatible with both external ducting and internal recirculation systems. Charcoal filters (for recirculation) may need to be purchased separately.

Care:

Grease Filters: The metal grease filters should be cleaned regularly (e.g., monthly, depending on usage) to maintain efficiency and prevent fire hazards. They are typically dishwasher-safe or can be washed by hand with warm, soapy water.
Exterior: Wipe the stainless steel exterior with a soft, damp cloth and a mild detergent. Dry immediately with a clean, soft cloth to prevent water spots.
Interior: Clean the interior surfaces periodically.
LEDs: The LED lights are designed for long life and typically do not require user maintenance.
