Troubleshooting

Cabinets wobble after mounting

This likely indicates an issue with the wall fixings. Ensure you have used screws and plugs appropriate for your wall type and that they are securely fastened.

Drawers are difficult to open or close

Check for any obstructions in the drawer runners. Ensure the cabinet is mounted level, as an uneven surface can cause drawers to bind.

Product arrived with damaged parts

Contact the retailer or manufacturer with details of the damaged parts for a resolution.

Assembly instructions are unclear

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: Assembly is required for these wall cabinets. Follow the provided instruction steps carefully. Crucially, screws and plugs for mounting the cabinets to the wall are NOT included. It is essential to select screw(s) and plug(s) that are suitable for your specific wall type (e.g., drywall, brick, concrete). If you are unsure, consult a professional for advice on the correct fixings.

Compatibility: These cabinets are designed for wall mounting. Ensure the wall you intend to mount them on is structurally sound and capable of supporting the weight of the cabinets and their contents. The engineered wood material is generally compatible with standard household environments.
