Troubleshooting
Pen not writing
Ensure the pen's ink cartridge is properly seated. If the issue persists, the pen may need replacement.
Ink bleeding through pages
Try using a different type of pen with less ink flow, such as a ballpoint or a fine-tip gel pen. Avoid heavy-inking pens or fountain pens.
Notebook cover is scuffed
Gently wipe the cover with a soft, dry cloth. Minor scuffs may be reduced, but significant damage may be permanent.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: This set requires no setup. The notebook is ready to use upon arrival, and the pen is ready to write. Simply insert the pen into the loop.
Compatibility: The notebook is compatible with most standard writing instruments. However, due to the 80gsm paper weight, it is recommended to use ballpoint pens, gel pens, or pencils for best results to minimize ink bleed-through. It is not designed for wet media like markers or watercolors.
Care: To maintain the notebook, wipe the hard cover with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid exposing the notebook and pen to extreme temperatures or moisture. Store in a cool, dry place.
