Setup, Compatibility & Care
To set up your slicer, find a flat, stable surface and press down firmly on the base to engage the six suction cups. Always test the suction by gently pulling the unit before adding food. Compatibility covers a wide range of produce, including onions, potatoes, lemons, and tomatoes, provided they fit within the 7.3-inch width of the chute. To care for your unit, rinse the chute and blade area thoroughly with warm water after every use. While the unit is designed for easy rinsing, ensure the blade area is dried completely after cleaning to prevent water spots and to keep the stainless steel in peak condition. Avoid using abrasive sponges on the blades to maintain their edge longevity.
