The GRDN Living Haven Hardtop Garden Gazebo is an ideal solution for homeowners looking to create a permanent, weather-resistant outdoor living area for dining, relaxation, or hot tub coverage. Measuring 3.6m x 3m, this gazebo offers significant shade and protection through its durable double-roof design and integrated curtain system; however, it requires a dedicated two-person team for installation due to the weight and complexity of the metal structure.

Yes, the galvanised frame and solid metal roof are designed for year-round outdoor use, though you should clear off heavy snow loads.
Depending on experience, two people can typically assemble this unit in a full afternoon.
The provided hardware is intended for solid surfaces; if installing on grass, you may need additional ground stakes or a concrete footing.
It is recommended to hand wash or wipe the curtains with a mild detergent and water to preserve their finish.
The hardtop design is highly water-resistant, but ensure all roof panels are sealed correctly during assembly for maximum protection.
This product is backed by a 5-year structural guarantee.
Check the tracks for debris or obstructions and ensure the hooks are properly aligned within the track channel.
Verify that all bolts were fully tightened during assembly and confirm that the anchoring bolts are firmly secured to the base.
Proper installation is critical for the longevity of this gazebo. Ensure you have a level surface before beginning assembly, as any slope will affect the alignment of the roof panels and curtain tracks. Two people are required to lift the primary frame components into position. For care, wipe down the metal frame with a damp cloth periodically to prevent buildup of grime. During winter, remove heavy snow accumulation from the roof to prevent unnecessary stress on the support structure. The curtains and netting should be removed or tied back securely during extreme wind events.
