Specific weight capacity details are not provided, but the chairs are designed for standard adult use and daily comfort.
Can I purchase additional chairs separately?
Availability of individual chairs may vary. Please check with the retailer for options to purchase additional chairs.
Is the glass top heat resistant?
While tempered glass is durable, it is not recommended to place hot items directly on the surface. Use placemats or trivets.
What is the return policy if I change my mind?
A return fee will apply if the order is cancelled after it has been dispatched but before delivery is completed. The fee is £36 for 1-Man items and £54 for 2-Man items.
How do I clean the water-corrugated glass?
Use a soft, damp cloth and mild glass cleaner. Avoid abrasive tools to preserve the texture and prevent scratches.
What type of flooring is best for the pedestal base?
The pedestal base is suitable for most indoor flooring types. For delicate floors, consider using a rug or felt protectors under the base.
Troubleshooting
Table wobbles
Ensure the pedestal base is securely attached to the tabletop and that it is placed on a level surface. Check for any debris under the base.
Chair swivel is stiff or noisy
Check the swivel mechanism for any obstructions or debris. Apply a small amount of lubricant designed for swivel mechanisms if necessary.
Upholstery has a stain
Refer to the care instructions for spot cleaning recommendations. Test any cleaning solution on an inconspicuous area first.
Glass top appears cloudy
Use a dedicated glass cleaner and a microfiber cloth. Ensure all cleaning solution residue is removed.
