It is highly recommended to install the gazebo on a solid, level surface like a concrete patio or wooden deck for optimal stability and safety.
The product includes a 5-year structural guarantee.
Yes, the hardtop polycarbonate roof provides reliable shelter from rain.
The gazebo is designed with standard tracks that can be used with compatible replacement curtains or netting if needed.
Standard DIY tools including a screwdriver, hex key, and a ladder are recommended for the two-person assembly process.
Check the tracks for debris or obstructions and apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to the gliders.
Verify that all bolts are fully tightened and ensure the base is securely anchored to the mounting surface.
For the best results, ensure your chosen ground surface is perfectly level before starting assembly. Installation requires at least two adults due to the size and weight of the frame components. We recommend using a power drill with appropriate torque settings to speed up the process, though hand-tightening final bolts is advised to prevent over-tightening. For care, clean the polycarbonate panels periodically with mild soap and water to ensure light transmission remains consistent. During winter, clear heavy snow loads from the roof if necessary to avoid excessive structural strain. Inspect the anchoring points annually to ensure the structure remains firmly attached to your patio or decking.
