FAQs
What material is the dustpan and brush made of?
The dustpan is made of hard plastic, and the brush features soft nylon bristles and a hard plastic handle.
What are the dimensions of the set?
The dustpan is 185mm wide, and the brush measures 120mm x 40mm.
Can I use this set for wet spills?
No, this set is designed for dry sweeping only. It is not suitable for collecting liquids.
How does the brush store with the pan?
The brush has a design that allows it to clip and slot neatly into the dustpan for compact and convenient storage.
Will the rubber edge scratch my floors?
The rubber edge is soft and designed to protect floors while ensuring efficient collection. However, care should always be taken when sweeping to avoid damaging delicate surfaces.
Is this suitable for large areas?
This set is best suited for small to medium clean-ups. For very large areas, a larger broom and dustpan might be more efficient.
Troubleshooting
Brush doesn't fit securely in the pan
Ensure there are no obstructions in the brush or pan slot. Try gently wiggling the brush into place.
Debris is not being fully collected
Make sure the rubber edge of the dustpan is making full contact with the floor. Sweep gently to avoid scattering fine particles.
Bristles are splayed or misshapen
Rinse the bristles with warm water. You can try to reshape them by hand while wet and let them air dry. Avoid excessive heat.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: No assembly is required. The brush is ready to use out of the box and slots into the dustpan for storage.
Compatibility: This set is suitable for use on a variety of hard surfaces including tile, linoleum, wood, and laminate flooring. It is also effective on carpets and rugs for surface debris. It is not designed for wet use.
Care: To clean the brush, rinse the nylon bristles under running water and allow them to air dry. Wipe the dustpan with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh abrasive cleaners, as they may damage the plastic or rubber edge. Ensure both parts are dry before storing to prevent mildew.
