FAQs
Is the inner cushion pad included with this product?
No, this product is for the cushion cover only. The inner cushion pad is sold separately.
How do I wash the cushion cover?
The cushion cover can be machine washed on a gentle cycle with cold water. Avoid bleach and tumble dry on a low heat setting or air dry.
Can this cushion cover be used outdoors?
Yes, it is designed for outdoor use with its water-resistant fabric, making it suitable for patios and garden furniture.
What are the two designs on the cushion cover?
The cushion cover features two different hand-painted coastal house designs in soft tones, offering a reversible style.
How do I put an inner pad into the cover?
The cover has a discreet zip closure. Open the zip, insert your cushion pad, and then close the zip.
Will the colors fade in the sun?
While the fabric is water-resistant, prolonged exposure to intense sunlight may cause colors to fade over time. We recommend rotating the cushion or storing it indoors when not in use to maintain vibrancy.

Troubleshooting
Cushion cover does not fit inner pad snugly
Ensure the inner pad is the correct size for the cover. Fluff and redistribute the filling of the inner pad to ensure it fills out the corners of the cover evenly.
Water resistance seems reduced
Over time and with extensive use, water resistance can decrease. Ensure the cover is completely dry before storing. For significant reduction, consider purchasing a fabric protector spray suitable for outdoor textiles.
Zipper is difficult to close
Check for any fabric caught in the zipper track. Gently work the zipper back and forth. Ensure the inner pad is not overstuffing the cover, which can put stress on the zipper.
Colors appear faded
Fading can occur with prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Try to rotate the cushion or store it indoors when not in use for extended periods to preserve the vibrancy of the colors.
