This Janrax Reception Counter Pen is designed for busy reception areas, providing a secure and always-available writing tool for visitors and staff. Its key benefit is preventing pen loss through the integrated chain. A potential consideration is its fixed placement due to the sticky base, which may not suit all counter layouts.

Unscrew the barrel of the pen, pull out the old ink cartridge, and insert a new Janrax refill (black 706872 or blue 706873). Screw the barrel back on securely.
It uses a standard ballpoint ink. Compatible refills are Janrax black (Code: 706872) and Janrax blue (Code: 706873).
The sticky base works best on clean, flat, and smooth surfaces. It may not adhere well to textured, dusty, or porous materials.
The chain is permanently attached to both the pen and the base to ensure security. It is not designed to be removed.
The chain is approximately [Insert Chain Length Here] inches/cm long, providing enough slack for comfortable writing while keeping the pen tethered.
Wipe the pen and base with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
While the pen is designed for durability, if the pen mechanism fails, you can replace the entire unit. Refills are available for the ink, but not for the pen body itself.
The ink cartridge may be low or dry. Replace the ink refill with a new Janrax refill.
Ensure the surface is clean and dry before application. If adhesion is poor after repositioning, a new sticky base might be required or consider a more permanent fixture.
Check the connection points at both the pen and the base. Ensure they are securely fastened. If the chain itself is damaged, the unit may need replacement.
