Product Information

Full details

Sebamed Olive Liquid Face & Body Wash is an ideal solution for individuals with dry or sensitive skin who struggle with traditional soaps that cause irritation or tightness. This pH-balanced cleanser effectively removes impurities while reinforcing the skin's natural moisture barrier, though its mild scent profile may not satisfy those seeking strong, fragrance-heavy luxury bathing products. Featuring a potent blend of olive oil and panthenol, it offers a gentle, soap-free experience that maintains the skin's health during daily use.

FAQs

Is this product suitable for children?

Yes, its mild, soap-free formula is typically gentle enough for sensitive skin, but consult a pediatrician if the child has specific skin conditions.

Can I use this on acne-prone skin?

Yes, because it is non-comedogenic and maintains the skin's protective acid mantle, it is a great choice for those who need a gentle cleanser that won't disrupt the skin barrier.

Does it contain parabens?

Sebamed products are formulated to be free from harsh additives and are dermatologically tested for sensitivity.

Can this be used as a makeup remover?

It can remove light makeup and surface impurities, but you may need a dedicated oil-based cleanser for heavy or waterproof makeup.

How long will the 1L bottle last?

Usage varies, but for a single person using it daily on face and body, a 1L bottle typically lasts between 3 to 5 months.

Is this product vegan?

The formula focuses on plant-derived ingredients like olive oil and starch derivatives, though you should check the label for any specific seasonal ingredient updates.

Troubleshooting

Pump is difficult to dispense product.

Ensure the pump head is fully twisted and popped up before the first use; if clogged, run the nozzle under warm water.

Skin feels tacky after rinsing.

You may be using too much product; try reducing the amount to a dime-sized drop and rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

This product is ready to use immediately. For best results, store the bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain the integrity of the active ingredients. Because the formula is soap-free, it is compatible with almost all existing skincare routines, including those involving active acne treatments or retinoids. Ensure the pump is locked when not in use if traveling to prevent leakage. For sensitive skin, perform a patch test on a small area of the inner arm if you have multiple known allergies.
