The Scanpan Impact 26cm Frying Pan is constructed from high-quality 18/10 stainless steel for superior strength and durability. It is suitable for all heat sources, including induction, and is oven-safe up to 260°C. The pan features a thick 6.4mm sandwich base with an aluminium core for excellent heat distribution. Its stylish two-tone stainless steel finish, cast stainless steel handle, and drip-free rim add to its functionality. The base diameter is 20.4cm and it weighs 1.2kg. This frying pan is also dishwasher safe and comes with a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects. SCANPAN cookware is guaranteed not to warp, is compatible with all stove-tops, and is fully oven-safe up to 250 degrees Celsius.
