Troubleshooting
Sofa wobbles after setup
Ensure all four black wooden feet are fully screwed in and tightened. Check that the floor surface is level.
Fabric appears creased or dented
This is normal for foam seating. Gently plump cushions if possible (though the fixed back design limits this) or allow the fabric to naturally resettle over time. Regular vacuuming can help.
Minor spill on fabric
Act immediately. Blot the spill with a clean, dry cloth. For stubborn stains, use a damp cloth with a very mild soap solution, testing in an inconspicuous area first. Avoid harsh chemicals.
Feet feel loose
Gently turn the sofa or armchair upside down (with assistance if needed) and re-tighten the screws securing the feet. If screws are stripped, contact customer support.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
Setting up your Kendal Oslo Fabric Sofa Suite is straightforward. Upon delivery, carefully unpack all components. The only assembly required is attaching the black wooden feet. Locate the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the sofa and armchairs, align the feet, and secure them using the provided hardware. Ensure all feet are firmly attached before use.
Compatibility:
This collection is designed to fit seamlessly into most modern and traditional living spaces. Its neutral antelope colour and classic design ensure it complements a wide range of existing decor. The suite includes a 3-seater sofa and two armchairs, offering flexible arrangement options.
Care:
To maintain the beauty and longevity of your sofa collection:
- Upholstery Cleaning: Regularly vacuum the fabric with an upholstery attachment to remove dust and debris. For spills, use a clean, damp cloth with a mild soap solution. Blot the area gently, do not rub. Always test cleaning solutions on an inconspicuous area first.
- Foot Maintenance: Periodically check that the wooden feet remain secure. Wipe them clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
- General Care: Avoid placing the sofa in direct sunlight for extended periods, as this can cause fading. Protect the fabric from sharp objects.
