The Wera Kraftform PH1 x 80mm screwdriver is designed for professionals and DIY enthusiasts who demand high-quality stainless steel tools for precise Phillips screw applications. This tool features a vacuum ice-hardened blade for industrial-strength durability and the signature Kraftform ergonomic handle that reduces user fatigue during repetitive tasks. While it excels at preventing surface rust through its stainless steel construction, it is a specialized tool meant for PH1 size fasteners and should not be used for high-torque applications involving larger screw heads.

PH1 refers to the Phillips size designation for the screwdriver tip, specifically sized for smaller to medium Phillips head screws.
No, this screwdriver is specifically designed for Phillips cross-recess screws and will not seat correctly in Slotted, Torx, or Pozidriv heads.
Wera tools are engineered for industrial quality; please check with your specific point of purchase for regional warranty documentation.
The Kraftform handle is made from robust multi-component materials, but it is best to avoid prolonged exposure to harsh solvents.
Using stainless steel tools prevents 'extraneous rust,' which occurs when small particles of carbon steel are transferred to a surface, causing it to rust.
Verify that you are using a PH1 size and not a PH0 or PH2, and ensure the screw head is not stripped or filled with paint/debris.
These are likely deposits from other metals. Clean the blade with a soft cloth and a mild metal polish to restore the finish.
This screwdriver is ready to use straight out of the box with no assembly required. It is compatible with all standard Phillips PH1 fasteners. To maintain the integrity of the stainless steel, avoid using this tool on carbon steel screws that have existing rust, as this can transfer particles to the tool blade and create surface oxidation. Clean the tool with a dry, lint-free cloth after use. Store in a dry environment and utilize the integrated hanging hole in the handle if you prefer vertical storage on a tool board.
