Setup, Compatibility & Care
To achieve optimal performance, ensure you are using a precision crimping tool calibrated for 0.25 mm² ferrules. First, strip 7 mm of insulation from your wire. Insert the stranded conductor fully into the ferrule sleeve until the strands reach the end of the barrel. Place the sleeve into the appropriate die of your crimper and apply steady pressure until the cycle completes. To maintain the integrity of the connection, store the unused ferrules in a dry, dust-free environment to prevent oxidation of the tin plating. These are compatible with all standard terminal blocks designed to accept 0.25 mm² cross-sections.
