This Wera 354 screwdriver is designed for professionals and DIY enthusiasts who frequently work with hexagon socket screws. Its primary benefit is the Hex-Plus tip, which significantly reduces the risk of damaging screw heads, ensuring a longer tool and screw life. A minor limitation is its single-tip design, meaning it's specialized for one screw size.

The Hex-Plus tip offers larger contact surfaces within the screw head, which significantly reduces the risk of rounding off the screw head compared to conventional hex tips.
This specific model (05023107001) is designed for 2.5mm hexagon socket screws.
No, this is a manual hand screwdriver designed for use with hand force only. It is not intended for use with power drills or impact drivers.
The "Take it easy" Tool Finder system uses color coding. This screwdriver features specific color markings on the handle to indicate its profile and size for easy identification.
Kraftform Plus refers to the ergonomic handle design that combines hard zones for high working speeds and torque transfer with soft zones for maximum comfort and grip.
The Hex-Plus technology greatly reduces the risk of rounding screw heads, but it cannot prevent damage caused by incorrect use, excessive force on a seized screw, or manufacturing defects in the screw itself.
Ensure you are using the correct screwdriver size (2.5mm) for the screw. Verify the screw head is clean and free of debris. Confirm the screw head is a hexagon socket type.
Check if the screw is cross-threaded or seized. The Hex-Plus tip is designed to reduce rounding, but extreme force may still be needed for damaged screws. Ensure the screwdriver is perpendicular to the screw head.
The Kraftform handle is designed for ergonomic comfort. Ensure you are holding the handle correctly within the soft gripping zones. If discomfort persists, take breaks during extended use.
Setup: This is a manual hand tool and requires no setup beyond selecting the correct screw size. Ensure the 2.5mm Hex-Plus tip is fully seated within the hexagon socket screw head before applying torque.
Compatibility: This screwdriver is specifically designed for hexagon socket screws with a 2.5mm diameter. It is compatible with screws manufactured to accommodate this size and type. While it features an imperial hex tip specification, always verify compatibility with your specific screws.
