The VEVOR Hydraulic Car Ramp set is designed for professional mechanics and automotive DIY enthusiasts who require a reliable, high-capacity lifting solution for vehicle maintenance. These heavy-duty ramps provide an impressive 11,000 lbs (5-ton) weight capacity per jack, ensuring safety and stability during tasks like oil changes or under-chassis inspections, though users should be aware that the fixed incline requires careful positioning to ensure vehicle clearance.

The set is rated for 11,000 lbs (5 tons) per ramp.
The 20-degree incline may cause clearance issues for low-profile sports cars; they are best suited for trucks, SUVs, and standard vehicles.
No, these ramps must be used on a flat, level, and stable surface like concrete to maintain structural integrity and safety.
Once you have pumped the ramp to the desired height, insert the provided locking pins into the designated holes.
Keep the pistons clean and store the ramps in a dry, covered area to prevent rust and hydraulic seal deterioration.
Check for air in the hydraulic system or insufficient hydraulic fluid levels; ensure the release valve is fully closed.
Verify that both ramps are placed on a completely level surface and that the tires are centered on the tracks.
Ensure the ramp has reached the exact height increment required for the pin holes to align properly.
Before use, ensure the ramps are placed on a flat, level, and solid concrete surface to prevent shifting. Always confirm that your vehicle's weight does not exceed the 11,000 lbs (5T) limit per ramp. For maintenance, keep the hydraulic cylinders clean and free of debris. Periodically inspect the carbon steel frame for any signs of surface damage or rust. If the ramps are stored in a workshop, keep them in a dry area and apply a light machine oil to moving parts annually to ensure smooth operation of the hydraulic lift.
