Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Clean the Surface: Ensure the area where you plan to apply the pad is free of dust, grease, and moisture. A clean, dry surface is crucial for strong adhesion.
- Peel and Stick: Carefully peel the protective backing from the adhesive side of the silicone pad.
- Apply Firmly: Press the pad firmly onto the desired location for at least 30 seconds to ensure a secure bond.
Compatibility:
These pads are compatible with most smooth, clean surfaces including wood, metal, glass, plastic, and painted finishes. They are suitable for use on a wide array of household items such as cabinet doors, drawers, refrigerator doors, furniture, picture frames, speakers, and electronic devices.
Care:
To clean the silicone pads, gently wipe them with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the silicone or degrade the adhesive. If the pads lose their stickiness over time, they can sometimes be revived by washing with mild soap and water, allowing them to air dry completely before reapplication.
