Full details

“Elizabeth” is an evergreen shrub with uniquely shaped and coloured foliage. The oval leaves are wavy and variegated, exhibiting a striking pink colour combined with cream along the fringes. Flowering, which occurs during the months of May and June, is usually not significant but can be pleasantly scented with notes of honey and vanilla, followed later by small, brown fruit. Tolerant of most soil types, they prefer well-drained soil and thrive in full sun to partially shaded areas. Hardy down to -10°C, they will fare better in sheltered positions. Suggested uses include as a complete and unique hedge row, or as part of a natural-feeling garden arrangement. Light pruning in late summer can help adjust for size and growth in courtyard or urban garden areas. Pittosporum Elizabeth is a garden plant with variegated foliage that adds visual interest. Its compact growth and dwarf size make it perfect for small gardens and containers. The evergreen foliage provides year-round interest, and its low maintenance requirements make it desirable. It's well-suited for containers and borders, enhancing your outdoor space with its versatile use. Flourishing when planted in well-drained soil with regular watering and allowing the soil to dry between waterings, this plant offers captivating growth and enduring charm.
