The Amazfit Balance 3 is a robust, 48mm high-performance fitness tracker designed for endurance athletes and serious fitness competitors who require deep analytical insights into their physical condition and race-day performance. Its standout strength lies in its comprehensive biometric suite and dedicated HYROX integration, providing actionable data on Training Load and recovery; however, its larger 48mm frame may feel substantial on those with smaller wrists.
