The VEVOR Airless Paint Spray Hose Kit is designed for professional contractors and serious DIY enthusiasts who require a reliable, high-pressure solution for large-scale painting projects. Its primary benefit is the combination of a 50-foot reach and a versatile extension pole that allows for even, efficient coverage of high walls and ceilings; however, users should note that the high-pressure nature of the equipment requires strict adherence to safety protocols during setup and operation.

The kit features a standard 1/4 inch inlet and 7/8 inch outlet thread, making it compatible with most professional airless spray units.
The included 517 tip is generally too large for fine finish work; you may need to purchase a smaller tip size for those specific applications.
The hose should be thoroughly flushed with the appropriate cleaning agent immediately after every use.
It is rated for a working pressure of up to 4350 psi, with the same threshold for bursting pressure.
Yes, provided you use the correct coupling adapters to maintain the integrity of the high-pressure seal.
Check if the 517 tip is clogged. Reverse the tip to clear debris or replace it if worn.
Inspect all hose connections for leaks and ensure the sprayer pump is providing the required working pressure.
Ensure the swivel joint is lubricated and rotating freely; lay the hose out flat before starting to remove any factory coils.
To set up, connect the 1/4 inch inlet thread to your airless sprayer outlet and securely tighten with a wrench. Attach the spray gun to the 7/8 inch outlet thread end. Always perform a pressure test with water if using the system for the first time. Compatibility is high with most standard airless systems, but verify your sprayer's thread sizes before initial assembly. For care, always flush the hose and tip with the appropriate cleaning solvent (water for latex-based, mineral spirits for oil-based) immediately after use to prevent paint hardening inside the line. Periodically inspect the hose for nicks, abrasions, or bulges, and replace it if the outer jacket shows signs of degradation.
