The Makita DHR242RFE replaces the BHR242. It features a brushless DC motor for increased productivity and reduced energy loss. Its unique rubber joint construction minimizes vibration transmission to the battery terminals, preventing failures. This rotary hammer drill can drill in concrete as fast or faster than the 24V Cordless Combination Hammer model BHR200. It has a one-touch slide chuck for SDS-plus bits and an ergonomically designed handle for maximum power thrust and a comfortable grip in various applications. The drill offers three modes of operation: Rotation + Hammering, Hammering only, and Rotation only. This set includes the DHR242Z Brushless SDS Drill, a MakPac Stacker Case with inlay, two BL1830 3.0Ah batteries, and one DC18RC charger.
