FAQs
Is the catnip refillable?
The toy is designed as a self-contained unit and is not intended for the catnip to be refilled by the user.
Can this toy be left out for my cat to play with alone?
No, this is an interactive toy designed for supervised play only to ensure the safety of your cat.
How do I maintain the catnip scent?
Keep the wand in a dry, enclosed space when not in use. You can also occasionally place it in a sealed bag with fresh catnip to 'recharge' the scent.
Is this toy safe for kittens?
Yes, it is suitable for all life stages, including kittens, provided that play is supervised to prevent them from chewing or swallowing parts.
What should I do if the felt gets ripped?
If the toy shows significant damage or loose fibers, it should be removed and replaced to prevent the risk of your cat swallowing fragments.
Troubleshooting
Cat is ignoring the toy
Try playing at different times of the day when the cat is most active, or try moving the wand in more erratic, prey-like patterns to capture their attention.
Cat tries to chew or swallow the material
Immediately stop the play session, redirect the cat to a different toy, and store the wand securely out of reach.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
There is no complex assembly required; the toy is ready for use immediately upon unboxing. To ensure the longevity of the wand and the safety of your cat, please follow these guidelines:
- Storage: Always store the wand in a clean, dry location to preserve the efficacy of the catnip inside the felt attachment.
- Play Supervision: Always monitor your cat while they play to ensure they do not attempt to ingest the string or chew through the felt material.
- Cleaning: If the felt becomes soiled, spot-clean gently with a damp cloth and mild soap. Ensure it is completely air-dried before the next play session.
- Maintenance: Periodically check the wand for any signs of fraying or damage to the attachment to ensure it remains safe for your pet.
