Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Plan your openings: Determine where you need holes for cables, buttons, or ventilation. Mark these locations clearly.
- Drill or Punch: Using appropriate drill bits or a punch tool, carefully create the necessary openings. Start with smaller holes and enlarge as needed.
- Install Components: Mount your electronic components inside the box. Use screws or adhesive as appropriate for your project.
- Secure the Lid: If the box has a separate lid, ensure it is securely fastened. Some project boxes use screws, while others may clip or snap shut.
Compatibility:
This project box is compatible with a wide range of electronic components and DIY project requirements. Its primary limitation is its physical size (75 x 50 x 25 mm), so ensure your components will fit before starting your project.
Care:
- Cleaning: Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they may damage the ABS material.
- Maintenance: Periodically check for any cracks or damage, especially if the box is used in a demanding environment.
