Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before the first use, wipe the pan clean with a damp cloth. While it comes pre-seasoned, applying a very light coating of cooking oil after each clean can help maintain the non-stick properties over time.
- Cleaning: Always allow the pan to cool completely before washing. Hand wash with warm water; avoid using harsh detergents or steel wool which can strip the seasoning. Dry immediately with a towel to prevent rust.
- Compatibility: Safe for all heat sources including induction. Ensure the base of the pan is clean to prevent scratching ceramic or glass cooktops.
- Storage: Store in a dry place. If stacking, place a cloth or protective mat between pans to prevent surface scratching.
