Troubleshooting

Bottle is leaking from the lid

Ensure the secure-seal lid is tightened fully and check that the silicone gasket inside the cap is properly seated and not pinched.

Difficulty sipping through the straw

Check that the removable straw is fully inserted into the cap spout and that there are no kinks in the tubing.

Internal condensation in the lunch bag

Ensure the bag is wiped dry after use and keep it open in a well-ventilated area to allow moisture to evaporate.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure the longevity of your Xbox lunch set, follow these maintenance guidelines:

Bottle Cleaning: Always remove the straw from the bottle before washing to reach internal residue. Use warm, soapy water and a bottle brush to ensure all surfaces are clean.
Bag Maintenance: Wipe the interior and exterior of the bag with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid machine washing or submerging the bag, as this can degrade the thermal insulation material.
Storage: Store the bottle with the lid off or open when not in use to allow the interior to dry completely, preventing odor buildup.
Identification: Use the dedicated name tag area on the bag to label the set with a permanent marker, which is helpful for school environments or shared gaming clubs.
