Setup, Compatibility & Care
To prepare the sandpaper for use, simply measure the required length for your sanding block or power sander and cut using a utility knife or sharp scissors. For hand-sanding blocks, wrap the paper securely to prevent slippage during motion. When using with power sanders that accept clip-on sheets, ensure the edges are pulled taut and locked into the spring-loaded clips to maintain even pressure. To prolong the life of the roll, store it in a cool, dry place to prevent moisture from weakening the adhesive backing. If the surface becomes saturated with dust, a light tap against a hard surface or a quick cleaning with a rubber sanding stick can restore its cutting performance.
