This unit is designed to effectively heat medium-sized rooms up to 20 square meters.
The heater should not be used in bathrooms or near water sources where it could be splashed, as this poses a significant safety hazard.
The heater connects directly to your home Wi-Fi network, so no additional hub is required.
The child lock can be activated through the mobile application settings or by using the specific button combination on the touch control panel as detailed in the manual.
While the exterior is designed with safety in mind, it may become warm to the touch during operation; it is recommended to keep children and pets at a safe distance.
Yes, you can toggle the 60-degree oscillation on or off via the app, the remote, or the manual touch control panel.
Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz network and that the heater is in pairing mode; check that your router is within range.
Check if the unit has been tilted or tipped over, or if it has reached the internal overheat safety threshold; allow it to cool for 15 minutes before restarting.
Verify that the batteries are installed correctly and are not depleted, and ensure there is a clear line of sight to the heater's infrared sensor.
To set up the unit, place it on a level, stable surface at least one meter away from flammable materials. Connect the device to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network using the designated app to enable smart features. For physical maintenance, ensure the heater is unplugged and fully cooled before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior; never use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Keep the intake and exhaust vents free of dust to maintain maximum airflow and prevent overheating.
