The mold is constructed from durable stainless steel.
The mold has a diameter of 4 cm and a height of 14 cm.
Press your prepared falafel mixture firmly into the mold, level the top, and then gently release the shaped patty.
While primarily designed for falafel, it can be used for other similarly textured mixtures like small croquettes. It is not suitable for liquids or batters.
Hand washing is recommended to maintain the quality of the stainless steel. Dishwasher detergents can be abrasive.
Lightly oiling the inside of the mold before filling typically prevents sticking.
Using a mold ensures consistent size and shape, which leads to more even cooking and a uniform appearance.
Lightly grease the inside of the mold with a neutral oil before filling. Ensure the mixture is not too wet.
Pack the mixture firmly and evenly into the mold. Ensure the top surface is leveled before releasing.
Gently tap the bottom of the mold on a flat surface or use a finger to gently push the patty out from the bottom opening.
Setup: No assembly is required. The IBILI Falafel Mold is ready for immediate use. Ensure your falafel mixture is prepared and ready.
Compatibility: This mold is designed specifically for shaping falafel or similar dense mixtures like chickpea croquettes. It is not intended for use with liquids or other food types.
Care: To maintain the mold's condition, hand wash with warm water and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that could scratch the stainless steel surface. Dry thoroughly after washing to prevent water spots. While stainless steel is generally durable, avoid prolonged exposure to highly corrosive substances.
