FAQs

What is the maximum load capacity of the VEVOR Grid Wall Panel?

The rack supports up to 35 lbs (16 kg) of merchandise when distributed evenly.

Are the casters removable?

Yes, the casters are designed for mobility, but the unit must be used with its intended base for proper weight distribution and stability.

Can I use this outdoors?

While it is a robust unit, it is designed primarily for indoor use. Outdoor use should be limited to flat, dry surfaces and away from high-wind conditions.

Is assembly difficult?

No, the rack comes with all necessary accessories and is designed for a straightforward assembly process without specialized tools.

What size hooks are compatible?

The grid features a 42 mm pattern, making it compatible with most standard grid-wall hooks that fit that specific spacing.

How do I lock the wheels?

Each caster features a manual brake lever that can be pressed down to lock the wheel in place.

Troubleshooting

Rack feels wobbly on the floor

Ensure all four locking casters are fully engaged and that the unit is placed on a flat, even surface.

Hooks sliding on the grid

Verify that the hook is fully engaged within the 42 mm wire intersections to maximize stability.

Difficulty moving the rack

Check if the locking brakes on the casters are completely disengaged and clear any small debris caught in the wheel housing.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • High weight capacity of 35 lbs
  • Easy mobility with rubber caster wheels
  • Sturdy, industrial-grade construction
  • Quick and straightforward assembly process
  • Versatile design suitable for both home and commercial use

Cons

  • Requires floor space for the trapezoidal base

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Assembly is designed to be user-friendly with all necessary hardware included in the package. To maintain the unit, regularly check that the caster bolts are tightened and the wheel axles are free from debris. Always ensure the rack is placed on a level surface before loading it with merchandise to prevent uneven stress on the frame.
