Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Safety First: Disconnect the fireplace from the power supply before starting.
- Access: Consult your fireplace's manual for instructions on accessing the transducer. Usually, this involves removing the front panel or accessing a compartment.
- Removal: Carefully remove the old glass disk, noting its position and any connections.
- Installation: Insert the new M-011B glass disk, ensuring it's correctly positioned and connected.
- Reassembly: Replace the access panel, and any other components.
- Power On: Plug in the fireplace and test its operation. Allow the fireplace a few moments to generate mist.

Care:
- Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the glass disk if necessary. Avoid harsh chemicals.
- Water Quality: Use distilled water in the fireplace's water reservoir to prevent mineral buildup and extend the life of the transducer.
- Inspection: Regularly inspect the disk for any damage or wear. Replace if necessary.
