Full details

The Sylvanian Families Baby Star Carousel (5539) is designed for children aged 3 and up, offering imaginative play and skill development. Its key benefit is the engaging spinning action that captivates young minds, fostering creativity and language skills. Troubleshooting

Carousel does not spin smoothly.

Ensure there are no obstructions in the spinning mechanism. Gently try to wind the star parasol again, checking for any resistance. If the issue persists, check that the gondolas are not overloaded or unevenly weighted.

Figurine does not stay securely in the gondola.

The gondolas are designed to loosely hold figures. Gently position the baby panda or other compatible figures within the gondola seats. For younger children, ensure they understand how to place the figures carefully.

Winding mechanism feels stiff.

Ensure the mechanism is clean and free of debris. Try winding it gently. If it remains stiff, check for any visible damage. Do not force the mechanism, as this could cause breakage.
