FAQs
What are the exact dimensions of one storage box?
Each storage box measures 31 cm in width, 31 cm in depth, and 20 cm in height (W x D x H).
Can these boxes be stacked?
While they are designed for shelf storage, they are not intended to be stacked directly on top of each other when filled, especially due to the handle on the lid. They are best used side-by-side on shelves.
What material are the boxes made of?
The boxes are constructed from bamboo and woven fabric.
Are the storage boxes waterproof?
No, the boxes are not waterproof. They are made of natural materials that can be damaged by excessive moisture.
How do I clean the storage boxes?
Wipe the bamboo with a damp cloth and spot-clean the fabric with mild soap and water. Allow to air dry completely. Avoid machine washing or soaking.
Can I store heavy items in these boxes?
These boxes are best suited for lighter, smaller items like clothing accessories, personal care items, or craft supplies. They are not designed for heavy or bulky objects.
Do they come assembled?
The boxes typically arrive flat-packed and require simple unfolding to be ready for use.
Troubleshooting
Box does not hold its shape
Ensure the base and sides are fully unfolded and that the contents are distributed evenly. For collapsible boxes, ensure any internal support structure is correctly positioned.
Woven fabric appears loose
Gently tug on any loose threads. If the weave is generally loose, this is a characteristic of the material. Avoid placing very small items that could slip through.
Handle feels insecure
Check that the handle is properly attached to the lid. If it seems loose, try to re-secure it following the product's design. Avoid pulling excessively hard on the handle.
Mold or mildew appears on bamboo
This can occur in damp environments. Immediately wipe the affected area with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Store in a well-ventilated area and ensure boxes do not come into direct contact with moisture.
