Ensure the window opening is within the adjustable width range (21-40 inches). If the height is insufficient, this screen model may not be suitable.
Verify that the weatherstripping is making full contact with the window frame and that the screen is securely in place. Check for any tears or gaps in the mesh.
Gently slide the frame sections until they lock into place for a secure fit. Ensure the locking mechanism, if applicable, is engaged.
Setup: The screen comes fully assembled. To install, simply place it in your desired double-hung window opening and adjust the width by sliding the frame until it fits snugly. No tools or fasteners are required.
Compatibility: Suitable for wood, metal, or vinyl double-hung windows with an opening height of at least 15.74 inches and an adjustable width between 21 and 40 inches.
