Is the footstool attached to the sofa?

No, the extra-wide footstool is a separate piece, allowing you to move it around for flexible room layouts.

What is the frame made of?

The sofa is constructed with a solid wood frame to ensure durability.

Will the grey colour look exactly like it does on my screen?

While colours are shown as accurately as possible, they may vary slightly depending on your specific monitor settings.

Does this sofa provide good back support?

Yes, it is designed with full-back cushions specifically intended to provide both comfort and posture support.

Troubleshooting

Cushions appear slightly compressed after shipping

Once unwrapped, manually fluff and reshape the cushions to encourage the filling to expand to its full volume.

Sofa feels slightly uneven on the floor

Ensure all feet are screwed in tightly and check that your floor is level. Use furniture pads under the feet if necessary.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Before delivery, measure your room dimensions and doorway clearance to ensure the sofa can be navigated into your desired space. To maintain the appearance of your grey upholstery, regularly vacuum the fabric using an upholstery attachment to remove dust and debris. Since the seat and cushion covers are removable, they should be cleaned according to standard fabric care labels. Avoid placing the sofa in direct, prolonged sunlight to prevent potential fabric fading. The solid wood frame does not require specific maintenance other than ensuring the feet remain level on the floor surface.
